Lately began micro dosing mushrooms in capsules of .2 of a gram and my mates mentioned they did analysis and recommend three days on, four days off, or four days on, and three days off. Thus far I have been doing four and three and I really feel like I’ve actually seen enhancements with my psychological well-being far more so than after I tried antidepressants. I’ve tried a number of totally different antidepressants for my melancholy and anxiousness and so they all the time mess me up and that i simply do not agree with them, for me not less than.
