Quick question about Microdosing
Hey guys, I am brand new to microdosing but following cripplingly terrible stress most of my adult lifetime, I am back on Zoloft but wish to try out microdosing whilst it kicks in, and possibly if it woks for me personally, stay with this. I have been studying about dose, however is there a favorite limit of mushroom? And if I drink the energy or nibble to a dried bit? What do you advocate? Thanks!
